"We have been very pleased with Andy's service over the last 10 + years. He has helped with a tenant, who had bed bugs and insisted the apartment house was infected. Not only did Andy get rid of the bugs, but after investigating found that same tenant had brought the infested mattress in. So it wasn't necessary to fumigate all the apartments. On another occasion we thought we had squirrels in the rafters. Andy was able to draw the duck out without doing any damage. That's right a big duck had almost become a permanent house guest. "Phoenix Pest Management & Wildlife Control ROCKS. Absolutely the best pest control company I've ever used. Fast, friendly, professional, and they get the job done. I recently had a huge problem with those pesky little feral ants--which I thought I had under control myself until I realized one morning last week that I clearly did not. These guys were the ONLY pest control company out of 5 that I called in the area who agreed to come out before giving me an estimate (most wanted to do an estimate, then come treat for the ants days later). But, Phoenix agreed to accomplish both on the same day. I initially spoke with Steve, who understood my problem, and he arranged for Scott to come take care of it on the same day I called them! Scott even found more ants throughout my house and garage that I had missed. Less than six days later (today) I'm completely ant free.
